How Does We Works.

Husk sourcing
We collect mature coconut husks from trusted suppliers
Fiber & pith separation
Husk is mechanically decorticated, extracting long fiber and leaving coir pith.

Washing & retting
Pith is carefully washed or soaked to remove salts and balance pH and conductivity
Drying
Washed pith is sun dried or mechanically dried until moisture reaches the optimal range

Sieving & screening
Multi stage sieving eliminates dust, sand, and remaining fibers, ensuring uniform texture.
Quality testing
Every batch undergoes checks for moisture, pH, EC, and purity. Non conforming batches are reprocessed.

Compression & packing
Cocopeat compression compresses the material into compact blocks for efficient storage and transport.
